THREE CROWNS FARM SUMMER CAMPS Ages 4-11 (12)
We are full!
Our TraditionalHorse Camp runs 9a.m.-3p.m.M-Th with the option to add Friday (Late pick up/Extended Day offered till 4p.m.)
This camp offers a complete camp experience with the added benefit of horseback riding. Each day will be filled with riding, one on one lesson instruction, grooming, and horse sense, games, athletic activities, time to play and care for other farm animals, water activities, arts and crafts and so much more! For Boys and Girls Ages 4-11. This camp is for both beginners (new to riding) or seasoned campers that have ridden a horse before, taken lessons, or attended one of our past camps. Campers are divided into groups based on their age and level of riding ability. Our knowledgable instructors will assist and teach beginners with complete hands-on, side-by-side instruction. Seasoned Riders will be taught additional riding techniques to improve their riding level and ability and knowledge of horses. In this camp students will enjoy riding, activities with other animals, games, art, learning lots of horse and farm terminology, learning horse parts, proper horse care, about other farm animals, and enjoy some crafts that are usually messy and wonderful! This camp runs from 9am-3pm Monday-Thursday with an option to add Friday. And, an option to add late pick up at 4p.m. Older students may join the younger students in the afternoon for games and crafts.

FUN!
Games!
I have a conviction that a few weeks spent in a well organized summer camp may be of more value educationally than a whole year of formal school work.
- Charles William Eliot, Harvard University President 1869
What to Wear= All campers must wear closed toe shoes and long pants (leggings or jeans). Seasoned Riders must wear riding pants and paddock or tall boots.
What to Bring = All campers will need to bring a packed lunch, water, and a couple of dollars for the treat store. Please pack a bathing suit, flip flops and a towel for afternoon water play. Apply sunscreen once before arriving to the farm. Campers can reapply sunscreen during and after lunch.
Rain or Shine = We still have camp on rainy days and we have a large basement in case of inclement weather. We usually switch around art projects, games and other activities until the rain subsides. There are still many animals that need cared for and fun things to do on the farm rain or shine!
Helmets are provided. However, if you have one of your own helmets specific for riding horses (no bike helmets) then please bring it. BE sure it is LABELED with your name.
PEASE NOTE: You will receive an email reminder of what to wear and bring, as well as any balances due about a week prior to your camp.
